Leviticus 24-25; Psalm 81; Hebrews 9

“So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices.”

When our children are small, it’s easier to direct their ways. We have more control. Eventually, they have to make their own way, and we have watch. Sometimes with sadness in our hearts. If we could, we would give them the answers and keep them on the right track. Instead, we have to wait for them to ask for our help.

How God’s heart must break when we take our own path. God wants nothing more than for us to look to, and trust in Him.

PRAYER: Thank you, Father, that You never give up on me. That You love me enough to wait for me to realize I need You. That it’s never to late for me to realize that You are my hope, and savior. In Jesus precious name, Amen
