Exodus 4-6; Galatians 6

Free to Worship

I remember being deployed overseas during my military service and seeing various forms of worship of other gods. Being a Christian was not the norm and worship of God was looked down upon and foreign to that region.

To Pharaoh, this was how he viewed letting the people of God go away to worship God. Do people around you look differently at you due to your worship of God?

Whatever that answer may be, do not let anything hold you back from worshipping the true and living God. “Let My people go,” are words we all know. We must couple that with the fact they must be let “go” to “go” worship God.

Let nothing or no one stop your worship, your life of offering up praise and adoration to our King.

Prayer: LORD, so many distractions and distortions can make themselves Pharoahs in our life. Free us from such and grant us your grace to know we are free to worship You at all times. For we know worship is a lifestyle and posture of our hearts, not a song we sing or an appointed time on Sunday morning. Amen.
